Shipping and Handling

Postage and packing is £3.95 for all UK address and £7.95 for any address outside of the UK.

Delivery Timescales

Please allow up to 14 days for all UK orders and 21 days for orders outside of the UK. Personalised orders can take an additional 3 days. There may be occasions when items are out of stock and delivery may take slightly longer, however in this instance we would contact you to advise of an estimated delivery date.

Tax Charges

All our prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer a full refund policy should you be unhappy with any product. Please return the item within 7 days of receipt of the item and we will offer a replacement or full refund. If the goods are unsuitable, incorrect or faulty, please return the items in their original packaging and we will send a replacement or full refund.

Full payment is required before items will be shipped. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
